1. What kind of resources do you sell?

We offer thoughtfully designed teacher resources, including planners, assessment books and professional development trackers to help keep your teaching life organised and stress-free.

2. Do you ship outside Australia?

We currently ship to Australia and are looking at New Zealand soon.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Within Australia: usually 5 to 6 weeks

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard through our secure Squarespace checkout.

5. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Visit our Refund Policy for more info.

6. Can I bundle planners together?

Yes! You can create your own planner bundle. Check out the product listings for bundle options or get in touch if you need help choosing.

7. Are your planners suitable for all year levels?

Absolutely! Our planners are designed to be flexible and can be used by teachers in early years, primary, and secondary settings.

8. Do you offer digital downloads?

Not yet—but we’re working on it! We will send out information regarding our digital planners soon.
